The response: Noahs Ark (43%), Atlantis (18%) Amelia Earharts plane (16%), Nixons lost tapes (13%), and Cleopatras barge (5%).
I would think that the corpses of the Roswell Aliens and the Body of Jimmy Hoffa would have at least made 1%.

Even if the Ark is found, and it can be confirmed beyond all doubt that it is the Ark, the people who do not want to believe will still not believe.
Jesus performed many miracles and many of the people who saw them with their own eyes did not believe. Other non-believers continued to insist for some kind of sign, and even after He was resurrected from the dead after 3 days they still did not believe.
Seeing the Ark will mean nothing, and quite frankly, looking for it is a fruitless endeavor, as Christians are instructed not to base our beliefs on relics or other physical objects, but rather on the Word and that alone.

Since it was a poll of the general population it would be mathematically impossible since the media represents less than 1%.

Noah's Ark almost undoubtedly rotted away thousands of years ago.

nearly every culture boasts well-known accounts of a massive flood that has elements very similar to the biblical Flood (going back even to the time of the Babylonians).
Gee, could this be because they all experienced very bad floods at some point in time? Not necessarily one that covered the Earth, however.

I don’t know about that. At that altitude it could have survived, and depending on the mineral content of the earth it could have petrified and remained under the ice for thousands of years.

So many want a sign, but by Faith alone are we to believe. As for The Flood... I have not yet re-read the story (my wife and I are going through the New Testament but we would like to go back to the Old Testament once we wrap up the New Testament). But based on what we've read about Jesus, I am beginning to conclude that why should there have to be any scientific evidence that The Flood, as described in the Old Testament, occurred at all?
If with God, all things are possible, then surely He could cover the entire planet with water for 40 days and nights (how all that water would be present on the Earth would defy the laws of physics, as even if all the major ice caps and glaciers melted, there would still be land), drain it, clean things up, and leave no trace of the same. These things are completely impossible to do in a human or any scientific context. Scientific evidence of The Flood would another one of those signs that non-believers keep asking for.
Using science to "prove" the existence of God is pointless... we are taught that God cannot be seen by humans. I would think that our resources are better spent teaching the Gospel to people who are in need of salvation instead.

I'm under the assumption that a more relevant find would be the Ark of The Covenant. I can't believe it didn't even make the list!
Oh, and Nixon's Lost Tapes! LOL! What are they? A bunch of liberals? How about Zero's BC?

"(how all that water would be present on the Earth would defy the laws of physics, as even if all the major ice caps and glaciers melted, there would still be land), drain it, clean things up, and leave no trace of the same. These things are completely impossible to do in a human or any scientific context. Scientific evidence of The Flood would another one of those signs that non-believers keep asking for." I too pondered how a world wide flood could have been possible. One thing I had to change is my thinking of the world prior to the flood. The world we presently see has no resemblance to the pre-flood word.
Here's a web site I think you might find interesting. It gives reasonable answers that don't defy the laws of physics while GOD still remains the creator described in GENESIS.
