This is timely. I have been preparing a Sunday School class curriculum for reading through Tozer's The Pursuit of God. In preparation, I am 2/3 through "Let Go and Let God: A Survey and Analysis of Keswick Theology". In this book, Naselli is contrasting the "second blessing" position with the Reformed position. The question is about the process of sanctification.

This section of the Westminster Confession of Faith is a very succinct description of the Reformed position with scriptural references. I am including it in my study material.

Thanks.
