The New Testament scripture says that we are not saved by works. All have sinned and no one can earn their way to Heaven. Nor are we saved by faith alone; even the demons believe, but they are not saved. Good works (belief, repentance, confession of faith, baptism, lifelong faithful service) are evidence of a saving faith.
Yea, OK, but thats not how they look at it. See, they only listen to what pertains to them. Now why is that?One reason is to get an hour out of their cells they can go to church sevice while in jail. A prison preacher knows he can’t go into deep scripture with these thugs so they keep it very basic.
