True prophets point people to Jesus, and confirm the Word of the Lord, they welcome being tested by the Word fGod, and submit to scripture False prophets make predictions in the name of the Lord which fail to come to pass, they borrow each other's "words" they are false teachers, who encourage people who don't truly fear the Lord that all is well. They are avaricious, man centered, they are self aggradising, and hate to be scrutinised. 9 My heart within me is broken Because of the prophets; All my bones shake.
