I’ve always been interesting in finding out exactly where our Moon came from.

Psalm 8:3
When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

...And we all came from “dust”, or whatever.

That doesn’t explain how it physically happened.
