The pastor told police that a woman was pounding on his vehicle and trying to take his cell phone....While officers were driving to the church on North Logan Avenue, they got a call that the woman had taken her clothes off and was hitting other vehicles in the parking lot....Police arrested Megan Cawiezell, 34, on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer. Police said they also determined there was a warrant for Cawiezell's arrest on suspicion of assault and complaint that she had violated a restraining order.
