which means every divorce lawyer will have the subpoena in their forms directory for the phone and ip of the named opposing spouse.Is this really a bad thing? If someone cheats on their spouse and the victim of that cheating wants recourse, well whoop-dee-do! There's a nice way to find all of the information the victim would ever need to take the cheater to the cleaners.
