I think when Beck said, Know your religion, he meant know the Christian version.

And I think you would be thinking wrongly...
While Glenn Beck often pushes his own mormon religion, he very rarely mentionsw Christianity...
Most of his religious meanderings on Aug 28 was straight from the book of mormon and sermons by past mormon priests and prophets about the mormon version of American history and the early government...
And his shows and his guests are not always Christian topics..
With respect to this particular show, what was discussed about Revelation is in my bible and I’m not Mormon. Granted, it isn’t the easiest read in the bible and can be viewed differently by many Christians. However, the main points in comparison were frightening.
Maybe that's because his show isn't a religious show so not always religious topics.

You know, I have watched Glen for quite a while now and I do not agree with you. I am Christian and if I had not learned from others and from Glen himself, I would not know from the content of his program that he was anything other than Christian. He has described in detail the Christian faith of our Founding Fathers and has talked extensively on John Whitfield’s ministry. I see no conflict there at all.
