You first have to define the word sin. What is the root word? Is it part of a Latin word? I’ve never seen the word defined. Sure, the word sin is in the Bible but where did the word come from? Just saying.
Technically "sin" comes from root words which mean "to miss the mark"
Do we really need to define the word “sin” when the Word of God tells us, who has sinned, what it is, and where it came from, and end result of sin?”
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
“Wherefore, as by one man sin entered the world, and death by sin; for all have sinned.” (Romans 5:23)
“For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
James tell us what Bible L.S.D. is (Lust,Sin and Death)
“Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished it bringeth death.” (James 1:15)
But above all God sent us a Saviour, Jesus Christ, who was born under the law, born of a woman, yet was without sin.
“For He(God)hath made Him(Jesus)to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteous-ness of God in Him.” (2 Corinthians 5:21)
