Francis G. Slay, Mayor of St. Louis, is another one.
His Father, Francis R. Slay, was the long time manager of The Cedars banquet hall at St. Raymond Maronite Cathedral in St. Louis. Mr. Slay died Wednesday of congestive heart failure.
May his soul rest in peace.
