If you would please delete my post above.
I am frustrated at the continued posting of websites that do not offer thorough answers and I am angered at being called a propagandist for asking polite questions.
However, I don't want to add fuel to what is already a raging continual fire of the LDS topic on FR, and the tone of my post was less polite than I would prefer it to be. Thanks and thanks for the time you put in on FR.
If I may, your post was spot on and you are not adding fuel to the fire, per se.
You may feel your message was “less polite” than intended, as is your prerogative, but I respectfully disagree.
Your well thought out, polite and appropriate message is a refreshing and much needed perspective.
Blessings,
SZ
I think your post is very powerful in its simplicity and honesty.
The palpable irony illustrated by your post is that you were simply doing what the Mormon article at the top of the thread, What Critics Don't Understand About Testimony states ought to be done. And for the use of your rational faculties at seeking the truth and getting at the facts what do you get? All you get is some name-calling by the Mormon apologist. That should tell you something. It is very revealing.
I hope your post stays put.
Cordially,
I think you spoke frankly, and truthfully.
I say let you post stand....It may be instructional for some. Maybe even PD.
