I think all sea salt has iodine in it. It’s in ocean water.

Almost all the sea salt I’ve looked into that I can find around here has additives, potassium iodide and anti-caking agents.

He’d be best off trying kosher salt for the time being. It is just salt.

Well, that OK but it seemed as though I was totally incorrect which isn’t the case. The ingredients are Salt and Yellow Prussiate of Soda, thats it.

Sea Salt has a balanced amount of Iodine/Bromine, your Iodine enriched salts don't have the Bromine.

Chocolate has mostly Bromine, so it is the antidote to Iodine poisoning.
