Please excuse my tardy response. Among other things, the weather has been quite severe lately, and I'm just now logging on for the first time in three days.

I can tell from both RJR_Fan's handle (a reference to Rousas J. Rushdoony) and from his posts that he is probably a member of the John Birch Society. The JBS's quasi-official theology is the anti-Semitic "reconstructionism" of Rushdoony and his son-in-law Gary North. They also have a sizable membership of ultra-right wing Catholics (sedevacantists and Feeneyites).

You can always tell a John Bircher. They castigate Israel as "socialist" while praising other socialist governments (such as Chiang Kai-shek's Soviet-influenced Nationalist China) to the skies.
