Why would an atheist want “spiritual guidance?”

Atheists, don’t believe, don’t need God, no chaplain needed.
Secular Humanists, has always been a religion, but first before you let them have chaplains, remove the RELIGION of Humanism from the SCHOOLS, separation of church and state, shall we say, eh?
Atheism is a religion.
They believe there is no God. Putting it in the affirmative, they believe that man is it. We’re the highest form of the species, and when we die, that’s it, we’re dead.
If you ask them to prove it, you get a bucket of nothing. It’s a faith. It’s a belief system like any other.
Agnosticism? Different, more honest animal.
Among the Armed forces in atheistic countries, there is something called a political officer. His duty was to make certain that all personnel toed the party line.We don’t yet have an equivalent position in our military.
