No, it is not - but to inspect the other guy's posts and point the finger at him on multiple threads is "making it personal."

Removing 108 on this thread requires removing the posts which comment on it and the ones which caused it which are all "making it personal." That would make this thread look like Swiss cheese. It would be more efficient to lock it for "childish behavior."
