I am sorry, but their is a criminal statute of limitations for a reason. Their should also be a civil statute of limitations on these sorts of law suits.
On the face of this claim I would simply throw out the case as a judge. Their is NO evidence AT ALL. Their isn't even a defendant per say. They are simply after money. meanwhile, who is ever going to want to be involved with children if some ambulance chaser and his 'Abused' Client decides to come after you TWENTY YEARS after an alleged incident.
