Can a woman witness to others? Sure, but witnessing is not having authority over others and it’s explicit that women are not to be in a position of authority over other believers. Pastorship is a position of authority and is forbidden to women. This is written and settled in Scripture. Those who claim that title are in rebellion against God and their actions are automatically suspect.

Judge Deborah would have something to say about that.
