I am in the true Church: I have never fallen away: my name is written in the book of life
- I am in the true Church: Colossians 1:18 And HE is the HEAD of the body, the Church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead. Christ is the head of the Church of which I belong to, a body of believers not made with earthen hands.
- I have never fallen away: Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord
- God knows my name; God has my name written in the Lamb's book of life [Rev 21:27]; [Philippians 4:3] ...whose names are in the book of life.
[Phil 4:4] I rejoice in the Lord alway: which means all-the-way (not always, different word). All-the-way implies all the way to the end of my physical life, when then I am escorted to heaven by the angels.
Christ welcomes back those who have not the complete truth. You aught to consider Christ's free gift of salvation by faith alone, in Christ alone, for salvation.

I'm intrigued by your take on παντοτε in Phil 4:4.
