Maybe if they first built a Mosk and then put the cross around back, with a perhaps a blanket over it or something, then the permit might be granted.

When I was listening to the radio station discussing this issue, the ACLJ felt confident if they received a few hundred thousand names. Who knows... but I signed the petition online as did my husband.
