Yes, but God is not single faceted drift - remember too:

Luk 11:44 KJV - Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are as graves which appear not, and the men that walk over [them] are not aware [of them].

2Pe 2:1 KJV - But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

1Jo 4:1 KJV - Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

1Ti 4:1 KJV - Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

2Pe 2:9 KJV - The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

So if you are going to quote the bible - make sure you understand the whole of the bible. Perhaps too, you should pay even closer attention to what you cite as well:

6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

So you want to delight in evil because of a misdirected concept of God's "love". Think again.
