You appear to be reading it wrong...The dead are not risen...Go dig up any recent grave and have a look...
Paul is speaking of dead bodies...The souls have already risen from the dead bodies but NOT the bodies...
1Co 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
1Co 15:35 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come?
1Co 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
1Co 15:44 It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.
1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
The dead bodies in the ground will be raised, first...Those bodies which are alive will go second...Bodies, spirit and soul...
This is called the redemption...
Ecclesiastes 12:6 Or ever the silver cord be loosed, (spinal cord) or the golden bowl be broken, (head or skull) or the pitcher be broken at the fountain, (heart failure) or the wheel broken at the cistern.
7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God Who gave it.
The physical flesh body is not what is risen, once dead it has served its limited purpose.
IICorinthians 5:6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the LORD:
7(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
8 We are confident, I say, sand willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the LORD.
9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be acceptable of Him.
IPeter 3: 18 For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh,
but quickened by the Spirit:

IPeter 4:1-5 (READ to save time and space) verse 6 For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh,
but live according to God in the spirit.
The dead are already 'risen' so naturally they would be first. Nobody is going to come back in a spiritual body hunting their flesh remains.
