IIRC, cases similar to this have survived court challenge. The decision turns on car traffic, basically. Have cheer, it pertains to those who want to set up mosques in residential zones, too.

After I posted, I thought about people who could have a substantial number of attendees (on a regular basis). I suppose it has to do with local ordinances, etc.

I wonder if Super Bowl parties, birthday parties, and bridal showers are held to such scrutiny... Tupperware parties? Methinks there is plenty of ammo to unload in a courtroom on this one.

Granted, the above are not regular meetings, so that would be the argument against it.
