PIng!
I refuse to use BCE or CE.
And we would expect no less from the secularist british.
It’s amazing that the Church is on the frontline taking flak from both the right and the left.
We have the cretinous anti-Catholics on one side and the lefty Marxhuggers on the other.
Same here.
It is an attempt to HIDE Jesus’ impact, and although it succeeds as a small subterfuge, someone learning the designations “BC” and “BCE” should at some point wonder why the split occurred JUST there, of course, it occurred because of Jesus.

I agree with the Catholic Church when it’s right - and disagree when it’s wrong.
They couldn’t be more right on this issue.
Always use the term Anno Domini (A.D.; in the Year of our Lord). And never use other Leftist terms like “fetus” for an unborn human child. Never ever accept their rhetoric, because ideas have consequences. Fight them with every sentence you speak, every vote you cast, every choice you make, every day of every year.
I first saw the German equavalent of CE and BCE--uZ and vuZ (unsere Zeitrechnung, vor unserer Zeitrechnung--our calendar, before our calendar) in Kleine Enyklopaedie Weltgeschichte (The Little Encyclopedia of World History) (Leipzig, East Germany, VEB, 1971), a reference book published by a Communist publishing house that I purchased in an East Berlin bookstore.
A-fricken’ Men.
This is SILLY, even from an atheist point of view....
What the h*ll is the “Common Era” supposed to mean?
Anno Domini (A.D.; in the Year of our Lord) The NAME of the LORD is hidden over 7000 times in scripture; YHvH (LORD) created the universe and our space-time continuum. It would be blasphemous to state that the LORD was created by the Roman "church" Does anyone on this thread realize how blasphemous the use of the term:
shalom b'SHEM Yah'shua HaMashiach
it should be YHvH and it has been replaced and hidden.
Nobody on the thread knows what you are talking about.
I’m thinking it’s a combination of Bible Code, numerology, kaballah and assorted random kookness.
My heart is saddened by all who believeshalom b'SHEM Yah'shua HaMashiach
they can create "the G-d of the universe"
in their own image by claiming that He
did not exist before the year zero of
the Christian Era(CE).By insisting on the use of the term Anno Domini(AD)
(Year of the LORD) they are clearly stating
that the LORD did not create the universe.Research has shown that the term was created
in the 16th century by the Roman "church"NAsbU Isaiah 55:6
Seek YHvH while He may be found;
Call upon Him while He is near.
Wow, another PC anti-Christian statement.
Though don't the Jehovah's Witnesses refuse to use the term BC and AD?
Wow, your posts continue to gleefully be utterly wrong.
The Anno Domini was created in 525 by Dionysius Exiguus. No aliens were involved unlike your posts in the past have said.
