With Africans and folks from the Caribbean making up much of the crowd it sounds like it's a rejection of the Gayward Drift!

Many have gone to the Roman Catholic Churches to Worship Mary. I suppose they will begin praying to her (instead of God) and saying the Rosary soon.

from what I read of Shakers, they did not believe in having sex. hence no kids — is that correct?
