I attended an Easter Eve service (Episcopal Church)in Beverly Hills this year and the priest bragged about “marrying” a couple of homosexuals shortly after it became legal there in CA. Said it was most moving experience he ever had (guy was midfifties). I was visiting from out of town. Won’t go back. Won’t contribute.
Nope, I meant serial polygamists. I mean those who are OK with having more than one spouse as long as they convince themselves that having only one at a time is OK. Marriage is one man plus one woman one time.

Amen. With exceptions made only for those whose spouses die or abandon their part of the marriage covenant. You see way too many divorces for superficial reasons like "I just don't love him (or her) anymore." Like, who determines your feelings?

The term serial polygamist doesn’t fit your definition but serial monogamist does.
The PCUSA has been taken over by liberals, and they are interested in gay-rights. They're oblivious to the fact that gay clergy molested children in other denominations.
I think people are realizing that the reform is going to have to come from the people.
It’s even happening in the Catholic Church, only not to the great extent it is happening in the Protestant churches.
When will people realize that there is only One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church?
I understand your point, but the point I am trying to make is that if we truly accept our marriage vows as being permanent then those who divorce and remarry are actually polygamists.
As a former member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, it seems ironic that it is the ones who have held fast to the truth of the Scriptures who have to leave their churches to remain true to God.
Since these theologians and clergy have departed from the truth of the Bible, they are the ones who should have to leave and establish their own denomination.
Well, after the North and South split, those in the north faithful to the Lord had to leave and go to Judah.
