Don't mean to start a big hoo-haw, but so far as I know Uri'el is no more Jewish than I am (and I'm not Jewish). He's one of those Fundamentalist Protestants who is convinced that Fundamentalist Protestantism is Judaism, that the Protestant bible is identical to the TaNa"KH, and (I believe) that the Protestant bible is self-authorized, self-authorizing, and self-evidently true.
