To: one Lord one faith one baptism

So the person has to do a work to be saved. Getting baptized.

Unless you’re telling me that the Catholic church sends out goons to kidnap people and inflict baptism on them, they have to make the decision and engage on their own incentive.

So, if water baptism is what saves you, then why aren’t Catholics sure they’re going to heaven?

Either is saves or not. Which is it?

again, baptism is not a work. no one can baptize themself.

baptism is done by the Holy Spirit, thru the Church. ( just as happened in Acts 2:38 ) it is done to us, not by us.

a work is something you do. some people incorrectly believe they are saved because they express “faith” in Jesus Christ. they think this work, which they do, saves them.

no, no, no. we are not saved by anything WE DO.
