Video of Dad out of work and a struggling family . . .
The whole ‘families are forever’ thing is a crock.
The only way family members will be together in heaven is if they are believers and then their relationship transcends any relationship here on earth.
My husband and I will be together forever, standing side by side worshiping God for Eternity, not as husband and wife but as brother and sister in Christ which is so much better than anything Mormonism claims.
BTW, you forgot the part about celebrating Joe Smith’s birthday.
We had our R.S. Christmas dinner tonight and they showed this video. Not a dry eye in the place. Soooo cute:

Happy Birthday, Jesus.
You didn’t watch the video, did you? It’s about a little girl and her family. Nothing controversial about it; just goodness and light.
Too bad you felt the need to trash it. Whatever.
Merry Christmas!
The anti Mormon dog pile has been alerted. I don’t care. Nothing can ruin this video. It’s Christmas, you guys. Merry Christmas!

Me and mine will be joining you in that same heaven, all as brothers and sisters in Christ. PTL and only HIM.
Well, I am a dad out of work, a husband who is caring for a wife in recovery from breast cancer, a cancer survivor myself from stage 3 colon cancer 4 1/2 years ago. I am a Christian man and I believe in and have seen many miracles in my life. Work will show up. Jobs come and go. The wife, 3 children, and 2 grandchildren are gifts from God.
God bless you, FReeper pal. I am sorry for what you are going through. “All things work for good” - I know it sounds trite but it really is true. Hang in there. Prayers for you and your family.
Families together. Okay, so would the son be the father to his kids or will he be the son to his father? Curious.
“. . . so would the son be the father to his kids or will he be the son to his father?”
You just want to mess with me. Merry Christmas!

Awesome!! Amen!
Merry Christmas to you too, and yours. No, I wasn’t trying to mess with you. If families are together for all eternity I was just wondering if a father would be a son to his father or a father to his son. My head hurts just thinking about it.
Regards,
Janey
Thank you so much. I do not worry about the trials and tribulations, plenty of times I have seen how my experiences can benefit others. That is part of the miracle.
I believe God loves me and does me good, and everything that happens happens for my own good, or the good of someone else (even when I can’t see it).
I like you Saundra, you have a million canned responses that look christian but the tone is not there.
God has a much nicer plan in mind I don’t want to be a family forever. I have 8 kids and I don’t want to be a earthly family forever. You think teenagers are bad wait until your kids are 80. I am sure that is just as bad.
Either you are really straining to be Christian or you are like “The Jerk”, a black sheep of your church. So if you really believe that you are a Christian in the LDS church then you need to find out what path you are headed down. It is scary that someone with a true heart toward Christ would be stuck in the LDS church. So many barriers placed infront of someone in the LDS church, barriers that were never meant to be there.
Religion is crap, full of Sh!+, not worth your time. The Christian church is made of people and not of brick nor gold.
God does not want your money he doesn’t need it. You give from your heart not because you think you are putting God in your debt.
"together in HELL" if they're following Joseph Smith, Jr. To think that this conman, stone reader, lousy historian, phony prophet, adulterer, child molester, and embezzler (I live near Kirtland, Ohio, where he absconded with tens of thousands of other peoples' money) could still hold rein on millions is incredible.
Any and all objective studies of his twisted mind should turn people away. While there's still time, turn away from this mormon madness.
I live near Kirtland as well. The fact more than half the town is a shrine for the same “prophet” you just described is a slap in the face to those he swindled and deceived.
