I’m 64 and have one more year in law school. Curious about what kind of law your spouse practices. I figured I’d have 25 to 30 years of hopefully fulfilling practice.
Wow! Both very inspiring posts! Thank you. And I thought I was too old starting so many cool new hobbies and aspirations last year at 44 (which by the way I have stuck with with commitment and passion. Now I will think of both your posts. Fantastic and thank you both for honoring that life is LIFE and not a timetable. (mkmensinger I am thinking of your spouse you posted about.)
He is a defensive trial lawyer. His Mother always said he represents the bad guys! Not so, but some think that way I guess. At any rate it is interesting. I’m happy he is still actively involved. His mind is as acute as ever. Sharp as a tack!
I meant to add — stay with it. So many jokes about lawyers, but they ARE needed! Whatever field you choose, there is space for you.
