Thank you everyone for your prayers.

By the time, the firemen completed their work and the smoke cleared out, Jenne and Tim’s house was much better than it first appeared.

The cause was a chimney fire that started in the basement. The basement was completely damaged and part of the first floor was damaged. The main structure of the house was not damaged. It’s completely structurally sound. Praise God. Lots of smoke damage and the family cat, Bella, died.

They don’t know yet if any of the food or clothing in the house are salvageable.

The insurance assessor has already come to look over the house and repairs may even get started this week.

For something bad, things are looking up.
