Restore Communion On The Tongue Only

Most Holy Father, We are convinced of the great spiritual harm inflicted on the Catholic faithful, and the profanation of the Blessed Sacrament that often occurs, by the practice of Communion received on the hand. We implore Your Holiness to personally intervene to restore once again the normative practice of reception of Holy Communion on the tongue alone.

stooopid cow.... i do not believe in handing the Eucharist to people, it should be placed in their mouth, second thing is that she chewed it, they shoiuld excommunicate her dumb ass for putting it in his pocket

I agree with you chode! I think it is wrong to hand it to people. Maybe it is just me but she took it like she was taking a “cheesy poof” not the “corpus christi”. At least that is how it appeared to me. I was floored.

believe it or not, out of the thousands of times i held the communion plate while communion was served i never, ever, saw a fragment fall onto the plate let alone a whole one dropped onto it...

the video makes it sound like fragments are almost, a common occurrence

maybe the hosts are made differently now days

Yea well if one eats it like a cheesy poof then puts half in a BF’s pocket I can see where some might raise an eyebrow to crumbs falling out.
