Yes, I am quite sure. Mormons do not impose their scripture on the legal system where they attained a majority. In some cases in the past they did, e.g. polygamy. There's no modern push for that (as constrained as that is) compared to Islam which will often vote to turn democracy into nominal theocracy.
The Mohammed to Joseph Smith comparison is mildly interesting but completely academic. All that matters is whether the adherents vote to impose their scripture on the rest of the population; Muslims do, Mormons do not.
