What are the odds of this time being any more valid than the thousands of predictions before.

This is actually a prophetic statement:

...be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night... 1 Peter 3:2-4,8-10.

This scripture ties into my belief that the tribulation lasts 7 DAYS, not 7 years, and that the bowls are poured out over those last days. I believe we are ALL here but Christ comes on the 7th day and we meet him in the clouds and return with him after he has destroyed the earth and it’s elements.

I believe the end mirrors the beginning. Genesis and Revelation mirror each other.
