This is the most spectacular video of an apparition that I've ever seen. Enjoy!
Some cell phone videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpgZdFM9mH8&sns=em http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UXvNzDj5tAA
Her outline is clearest in this video: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mb6kGPJpgTU
Note the similarity to the 1968-1970 Marian apparitions in Zeitoun, Egypt: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NKHaNMTRF1o
FYI.
I forget how I stumbled on these videos, but it’s surprising that so few people seem to know about this apparition.
I wonder why the Lord honors us with allowing His mom to show herself to us. Not like anybody who wasn’t devoted to Him in the first place would pay attention. But I’m grateful anyway.
It’s different for everyone, I suppose. I find it very consoling.
It’s one thing to believe in the possibility of miracles, it’s another to experience one.
I experienced the Spirit washing over me at a healing Mass recently. A priest, gifted with the grace of healing, held my hands, and I felt a profound peace wash over me, as I collapsed to the floor. (Someone caught me).
After the Mass was over, your question occurred to me. What do I do with this? Fr. Aniello advised that it should be the beginning of a conversation with God.
But the event is a great consolation. I think of it often.
There are typically “visionaries” associated with Marian apparitions. Are there any people privy to things (sights, messages, etc.) that other witnesses, e.g., folks with cell phone cameras, are not?
Don’t know.
“Salvation” noted yesterday that these Egyptian Marian apparitions seem to be following the flight into Egypt.
There is a stigmatist, a young woman, Mirna Nazzour of Damascus, Syria who is connected with Our Lady of Soufanieh.
Seems there are a lot of warnings being given in the Middle East.
Are you Catholic?
Or just violating the Caucus designation?
I would agree. It happened with Our Lady of Kibeho in Rwanda before the genocide there.
This Religion Forum thread is labeled “Catholic/Orthodox Caucus” meaning if you are not currently, active Catholic or Orthodox then do not post on this thread.
