GOD's spirit pushes forth ministry, and not any force of a human's wants or needs; as they do not even match up with what GOD wants. That's why GOD came to them and changed their lives. We know that JESUS only came for the the lowly, not the righteous. We will confess HIS name and slowly live according to what we confess. The key to the those that do not believe is how they live and what they say, even if they may use GOD's holy name. Beware and watch all things in the spirit.
John 12:

Why are you addressing verses from the christian bible to me? I’m Jewish;I do not adhere to the teachings of jesus.
See this for the history of the creation of the ban It began somewhere around the 3rd century CE. We see that the prohibition to use the name Seek the face of YHvH in His WORD ! One of the maladies of modern Judaism

No Jew will utter that Name. I don’t even like reading it because the holiest name for G-d is not to be used.
It is the Ineffable Name.
We use other words/names for the Creator such as G-d, L-rd, Adonai,HaShem, El Shaddai,but not YHvH.
As far as seeking His Face is concerned, I already have in the Torah.

Maybe a Jewish Caucus thread would be more to your liking? You're certainly free to start one. There are many Jewish FReepers who might participate, quite a few of whom are Orthodox.
All I did was point out that YHVH is the Innefable name of G-d and that it is not to be written out.

I am not arguing,just pointing out that YHVH is not to be spelled out. This is not my rule. It is G-d’s.
i understand what you have said. but read the title and post again. the content does not hide that it is about christ; nor does the username. to expect answers that are not christ-centered would be a mistake.

I know it is christ-centered but all I am asking is that you address your fellow christians with these verses.
I do not believe in christ. These verses are meaningless to me.
All I am asking is for you to stop posting these verses to me. You can post them to anyone else who is interested and who believes in jesus.
If you read all the posts. I have answered you in my words, then I have left a passage.
I leave the passage for believers to understand the situation.
You are not the only one reading these replies, some are believers and some are not.
If you truly wanted me just to answer you, then, you would only talk to me privately; one on one. This is what many non-believers have done in the past. But it’s all your choice.
