Another Obama "My Muslim Faith" moment?
A friend told me about this article, and I could not find any thread about it here at FR.

Interesting. So if Jesus was a son of God, who were God’s other sons? Dave, Norm, Steve, Tony, Derek, Max, and Lloyd? Have I got them all, or did I forget one of the kids?
Barry, give it up. You’re not doing a very good job of faking Christianity. Just stop. This isn’t fooling anybody.

This looks like a contest between two Mormons. One is a Bishop, and the other doesn’t know that he’s one. Just holds a same belief.

I’m wondering if it isn’t more like the weak argument of “well, we are ALL sons and daughters of God”.

BHO can fool some of the people all of the time.
Ignorance is damaging our nation-to say the least.

This looks like a contest between two Mormons. One is a Bishop, and the other doesnt know that hes one. Just holds a same belief. Not just Mormons. Many nonchristians ignore the definite article "the" and interpret the phrase "son of God" as an honorific, like "a really nice guy." A Muslim, for example, would think that "a son of God" was a title indicating that Jesus was a prophet.

Room had to be made for another Son of God——Obama. You know that’s what he thinks.

But that's the thing. Muslims don't believe He is Son of God at all, since Issa al Masih was only one of the 25 prophets. A very important one, but nothing but a prophet. Mormons believe He is a Son of God. Hence my post.

was the capital G a mistake or did you forget to end the quote before the word God?
Just sayin'... after all it's Obama who's being quoted.
Jesus Is A Son of God
A Son of God
How telling
Nuff said

Another Obama "My Muslim Faith" moment? Well, God forbid if Mitt Romney wins the GOP nomination but if he does I surely hope Romney will have a Walter Mondale moment in the debate...
Lets tell the truth. Mr. Obama's not a Christian and neither am I. He wont tell you. I just did.
To: Dajjal
Christianity is just one of the subjects on which Zero displays his appalling ignorance.

Mormons believe He is a Son of God. Hence my post. You're right! They always call Issa "the son of Mary." My error for mixing them up with the historian-types wo reinterpret the phrase.
Though I did find one Muslim convert who reinterprets the phrase, the general Muslim opinion is as you say.
