And no indication in the verse you quoted that such would ever occur. So yes, not yet, and no, not necessarily ever.

You seem painfully ignorant of the WORD of G-d.

Yah'shua's Rabbi : Paul goes into great detail in Romans 11.
he begins in verse one discussing the question.

NAsbU Romans 11:1 I say then,
God has not rejected His people,
has He? May it never be!
For I too am an Israelite,
a descendant of Abraham,
of the tribe of Benjamin.
You might want to ask yourself the question:
NAsbU Romans 11:34
For WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD,
OR WHO BECAME HIS COUNSELOR?
Or this famous verse:
NAU Romans 11:25 For I do not want you, brethren,
to be uninformed of this mystery--
so that you will not be wise in your own estimation--
that a partial hardening has happened to Israel
until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in;
Be Blessed than they have stumbled,
as it is what has allowed the Gentiles
to be grafted into the vine.
