Everything you say here is reasonable, and I agree. Unfortunately you are directing your comments towards the OP, who apparently believes praying for the resurrection of the Gingrich campaign is a rational option. No amount of logic is going to get through to someone who still holds on to fantasies that Newt is going to jump back in the race.
I’m not getting into name-calling. People have a right to their hopes and dreams. I wish only to express my opinion, in the hopes that it is of some value.
Newt suspended campaigning. I don’t translate that as getting out. The convention has not been held yet.
