God Bless Trayvon’s family. Clearly they are grieving and going to church is giving them some sense of peace. Everyone grieves a different way. I know you normally know this but for some reason you forgot.

Well said. I notice that on a forum, where so many claim Christianity, even a statement like this brings out the flame-throwers. I fear we all need prayers because folks have become so obsessed with politics and the movement of the Godless to mpose their will, that reason seems to have left. God Bless

Sorry but you are confusing a Christian assembly of believers and DOERS with a political rally. The posters you admonish apparently take umbrage of a Church service becoming a staging point to fuel a political cause that seeks to undermine basic human rights, like self defense, in Florida. Shame on your misguided self-righteousness and your ignorance of using a Church in Maryland as a recruiting point to for political causes that go after laws in Florida.

“Fulton took the dais to a standing ovation. Bryant called her “the mother of the new civil rights movement” and “this generation’s Rosa Parks.”

Also what is “justice for her son” have to do with worshipping His son? Most of the “black Churches” today have become political whorehouses. Most “white Churches” have become spineless and weak that excuses everything under the sun including the devil himself.
