Nah, Sister, the scandal was caused by you and your fellow nuns supporting abortion, and having 'worship services' that bear little resemblance to the Mass, and more to Wiccan services.

These liberal nuns are trying to wrap themselves in the garments, and live in the glory, of the old style nuns who taught in schools and served in hospitals. Yes, we owe a lot to the nuns who still do that, but the liberal nuns are not doing that, today. They're more into the 'social justice' realm.

Very well put. They shouldn’t feel singled out, either; in my diocese our archbishop was publicly reprimanded decades ago by then-Cardinal Ratzinger to remove his imprimateur from 2 books. He then “retired” (though he hadn’t yet reached retirement age); his fans said it was for health reasons, though now he may be the oldest living bishop in the US.
