In that atmosphere, it is very easy to become almost hypnotized but it's not exactly that either. I think ardent, sincere prayer will protect you but it's best not to go. It does make one curious, of course, but is it worth the risk to your soul? We don't know what happens when people lose it even if many describe positive experiences.
As to prophecy, I try not to be taken in by any of them. Certain key things I do think probable but if I'm wrong, that could be disastrous for me and anybody I might happen to influence.
