I don't object to Obama on religious grounds...I am being consistent

thanx for responding...you missed my point...perhaps I wasn't clear enough...my comment wasn't aimed at your commentary...or lack of it...aimed directly at obama...it was rather, "where have you been in failing to defend obama and his religious beliefs when they have come under fire by freepers?" You came in here using a "religious freedom" defense of romney...have you consistlently offered the same "religious freedom" defense on behalf of obama? IF NOT, WHY NOT?

Thanks for the clarification. I don’t support Obama, so I don’t intend to defend him. I do, reluctantly, support Romney, so I do defend him. I will let others who do support Obama come to his defense. I am sure you read any number of posts on this site, and comments that follow. I disagree with many things that are said here, but only occasionally do I post replies. That doesn’t mean that I agree with those posts.

I suspect, but can’t prove, that if Obama were conservative, or if Romney were more conservative (I know, many say that he is not conservative at all.) that the religious commentary would be greatly, if not completely, eliminated. After all, Mormonism existed long before Romney became a candidate.
