The Catholic family that owns a Colorado-based company won a court victory in their battle to stop the Obama administration from requiring them to provide insurance coverage for abortion-inducing drugs, sterilization and contraception, a mandate they say violates their religious beliefs and First Amendment rights. Hercules Industries, a Denver-based heating ventilation and air conditioning manufacturer that employs nearly 300 full-time workers, got an injunction in federal court which stops enforcement of the controversial ObamaCare mandate. The company's lawyers said they needed the injunction immediately because if the mandate is enforced, it must begin immediately making changes to its health plan, which renews on Nov. 1.

November first is All Saints Day. May their intercession see this ruling upheld.
Thank You God. Please don’t let another court change this ruling. Amen!
Good. Another win for the good guys. FUBO!
Obama needs Colorado in his re-election bid. If this case drags out and disappears for awhile, so much the better might be the thinking, something possibly communicated to the judge.

BTTT!
Very Good Step one but there is more to come!
Just say No!
The who pile of HHS crap needs to work it's way through the courts and be knocked down as a violation of the First Amendment, otherwise it's just Russian Roulette until the next democrat convinces Republicans and Independents to stay at home or vote for a slogan. Unless this is through the courts and knocked down before that happens, who knows how many judges the next King Barry will appoint. Barry already appointed two, and Clinton appointed how many ? Still people point at Roberts like he's the only guy on the court. Folks need to sober up and look at what eighty years of democrat majorities have done to the Federal bench in this country and realize that you can't unwind that in one or two elections, nor can you rely on one vote on the Supreme Court to keep dictators at bay.
People have for decades elected democrat fascists to Congress and explained that, “Oh, our guy is different”. Well, when push came to shove every damn one of the fascist democrats put their party ahead of the folks who elected them. The democrat party needs to be so thoroughly destroyed as a national political party that democrat is only spoken in Hell.
A movie came out awhile back by the name of “For Greater Glory.” It was released amid claims that it’s story paralleled what is happening here in the U.S now. It was then pulled out of theaters within a week. The DVD is due out on September 11 and I would suggest everyone buy a copy, watch it a few times and then give it away to a friend or relative who believes that religious persecution is found only in mid-east muslim countries.
I have an advance order in for it with Amazon (I think?, I’ll check) and am looking forward to it. We’re an awful lot closer that sort of situation than people think we are because most folks like to ignore the fact that the Executive Branch no longer cares what’s legislated and what isn’t, it just rules by fiat. It’s going to stay that way as long as the government has it’s fingers in so many pies and controls so much through regulation. Turn regulation of most things back over to the States and you’d cripple the Federal Government because they rely on regulation and regulatory threats far more than they do the laws themselves.
That bunk about, “and regulations required to implement and enforce this law” or something like that, that’s boilerplate in so much of what Congress passes should be ripped out of everything they have passed and everything they pass in the future. If Congress can’t oversee and approve the regulations required to implement the laws it passes it shouldn’t be passing them. The people we elect are supposed to be in charge, not just thinking up grand visions and BS they then turn over to faceless scum who have made a career out of twisting things to suit their own agenda.
Regards
The problem is that Congress make so many laws that devolve large powers onto the executive branch, rather than writing narrow ones that limit the regulators. It take too much time to write good law, and they prefer to just write lots of bad ones.
