Unless they sell the monument and make it private property, the commies will continue to sue and sue until the city says "this is the end" and tears the cross down.

The memorial came under attack earlier this year by the FFRF because it includes a cross, which the organization claims is unconstitutional.

The FFRF filed its initial complaint with the city in May at the behest of an unnamed “resident” whom they claimed was offended as they passed by the monument.

Once the atheists succeed in removing crosses at Woonsocket and other war memorials throughout the country, their next target will be national cemetaries, like Arlington, where crosses adorn the graves of many of our fallen heroes.
How would you like that job?
First you have to get through the hundreds of thousand of veterans and family members that would surround the cemetery. If you managed to do that, then you would have to get through the regiments of military surrounding the next defensive line. Would not like your chance at all......
