Marriage is not a sanctification of peculiar behavior. It is all about sanctification of procreation; about conceiving children in a family with multi-generational focus & values. To expect any genuine Theologian--in any God Fearing faith, to embrace the oxymoron of "same sex marriage," is to demonstrate the most obvious confusion--to put a neutral label on it.

We are proud of these men and the church for having the courage to stand up and be counted. We are praying that more of our evangelical churches find the same courage. “Combative” is the appropriate stance when one is being attacked.
That's unmitigated hogwash. There is very, very, little support among the laity for "marriage equality", as the Fishwrap crowd calls it.
I know people who are running from the liberal "Cafeteria Catholic" agenda as fast as they can because they now realize it's part of a very deliberate undermining everything the Church teaches. Why it took the demand to allow faggots to marry one another to get them to see the light I don't know, I'm just glad they've finally seen the whole ball of wax as the food for dung beetles it really is.
These dolts don't know what, "combative" means yet. They've adopted Luther's view that the politicians and government should dictate to and rule over the Church which means they're only pretending to still be Catholic. King Barry and his pals have every intention of founding a State religion and those who think the Church standing by what it has taught for two thousand years is "meanness" are angling to be on the list of those King Barry appoints to head his church. Just like the German Christian crowd that came on the scene once Hitler was in power, these folks think they can build their own new religion that supports their fascist ideology.
Democrat Christianity, it's on the way, and it's not coming from skinheads and the usual suspects. It's coming from those who have thrown the word "nazi" at everyone else to hide their own agenda.
