Why Muslims Must Hate Jews {ROP warning}

Recently, a Pakistani religious leader, Pirzada Muhammad Raza Saqib Mustafai, said: "When the Jews are wiped out ... the sun of peace [will] begin to rise on the entire world." The same preaching is routinely done not only by clerics, but by politicians -- in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and elsewhere. .. when I was a Muslim, I believed that the one-sided story against Jews by Islam was enough to justify all the killing, terror, lies, and propaganda by Islamic leaders against Jews. To the average Muslim, routinely cursing Jews in mosques feels normal and even holy!

Jew -atred in Islam is an essential foundation to the Islamic belief system

When Mohammed embarked on his mission to spread Islam, his objective was to create a uniquely Arabian religion, one created by an Arab prophet, which reflected the Arabian values and culture. Yet to obtain legitimacy, he had to link it to the two previous Abrahamic religions, Judaism and Christianity. He expected the Jewish tribes who lived in Arabia to declare him their Messiah and thereby bring him more legitimacy with Arabs, especially with his own tribe in Mecca, the Quraish. Because his own tribe had rejected and ridiculed him, Mohammed needed the approval of the Jews, whom he called the people of the book. But the conversion of Jews to Islam was part of the scenario that Mohammed had to accomplish in order to prove to Meccans that they had made a mistake by rejecting him.

The article was about the absolute necessity of Jew-Hatred to Islam.

It's necessary to Islam because Islam's murderous prophet proclaimed Jew-Hatred from his death-bed. Islam cannot EVER stop hating Jews: Islam is a damnation machine that sanctifies murder and coerces its adherents to kill Jews.

So no: the very same thing could not be said of Christianity.

Historically: many avaricious Kings and Nobles have found it expedient to plunder the Jews, calling them "Christ-Killers". But this is not a piece of Christian theology: it's just a false flag: an excuse for atrocity and theft.

Just like the French King & Nobles who despoiled the Templars, or the English King & Nobles who plundered the monasteries - a theological-sounding excuse can always be found to justify theft. Indeed in our own day: Obama and Pelosi have justified Socialism by calling it Christianity.

However the main part in Christ's death was not taken by the Jews nor by the Romans - they were only bit-players in the central drama of history. They merely stand in our place on that stage.

The main actor is and was Christ. He chose to undergo torment to save us. His suffering and death was a sublime Act of God: God's gift of Himself to redeem us from sin.

This act of Divine Mercy wasn't intended for the forgiveness of just the people who actually tortured and killed Christ - it's for all of us. When Christians look at those who played dishonorable parts in Christ's death they do not see Romans and Jews. They see themselves.

Hope this is helpful.

If there were no state of Israel and no Jews anywhere near the Middle East, the Islamists would have to create one. They need a focus for their hatred since their own countries are almost all virtually dysfunctional autocracies. But they can always fool themselves into believing Jews are responsible for their misery even if the Jews in question are a tiny country hundreds or thousands of miles away.

My take is that shame&envy are central to Islam.
Their prophet was the latest and therefore pre-eminent. When they look around and see they are not #1, the Envy kicks in, followed by Shame. They cannot look in the mirror and blame themselves, as they have concluded their beliefs are the best. Therefore, a scapegoat must be identified and destroyed to relieve the shame&envy burden in their minds

IIRC, the “hate the jews” meme by the ROP is mostly a 20th century construct brought to us by the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem via the Nazis.

From its founding by Jesus’ disciples, up to Constantine’s reign starting in AD 312, Christianity was a severely persecuted minority religion—with NO political or military power what-so-ever.

Not until the Roman Government became officially Christian—and political/economic & religious power were all concentrated in the state, did persecution BY professing Christians occur. Even then it was the State that persecuted—not the institution of the Church, however, as I said in the late ancient, early medieval period—following the Roman model (going back to pagan times), Religion (Church) and King became closely allied.

There is NOTHING endemic to Christian doctrine or practice—and certainly not written in the New Testament...that calls for violence and persecution of other religions.

There certainly IS a LOT endemic to Islamic doctrine and practice, and certainly written in the Koran and the Hadiths...that DOES call for violence and persecution of non-Muslims.
