The ACLU has filed a brief in support of the HHS mandate, comparing Catholics to racists.
The ACLU and the ACLU of Eastern Missouri recently filed an amicus brief supporting the mandate which requires employers to provide insurance coverage for abortifacients, contraception, and sterilization procedures without a co-pay. The case, OBrien Industrial Holdings v. Department of Health and Human Services, is a challenge by a private company which argues that the contraception rule is a violation of religious liberty.
In its brief, the ACLU compares Catholics to racists, arguing that declaring that you dont want to support the killing of the unborn with abortifacients is akin to refusing to serve African-Americans.:
Regrettably, not so very long ago, businesses similarly claimed that their right to religious liberty entitled them to discriminate against African-American customers in public accommodations; universities claimed a religious liberty right to discriminate against African-American students; and employers claimed their right to religious freedom entitled them to pay men who they considered to be the head of household based on their religious beliefs more than women. Fortunately, in each of these cases, the courts squarely rejected the claims, recognizing that the right to religious liberty does not encompass the right to discriminate against others. This Court should come to the same conclusion here. Indeed, acceptance of Plaintiffs claims would not only contravene this clear and consistent precedent, but would also open the door for arguments that countless antidiscrimination statutes should be unenforceable in the face of a claim that the discrimination is mandated by a religious belief.

Supporters of the family are facing the same accusations. Any church that won’t perform a “gay marriage” will lose tax exempt status if the left prevails.

This is a horrifying video.

That is why those who believe in both faith and morals have to in this fight bring a gun, in the symbolic sense.

Catholics are not racists. You will not find a religion anywhere in the world that embraces all the races the way Catholicism does.
Now on standing firm against abortion, eithanasia, contraception, embryonic cell research, in-vitro fertilization, marriage betwwen a man and a woman for the purpose of proocreation (and my list could go on) — glory be for the Catholics!

Someone just asked me about these verses from Romans 1; do they describe the ACLU and the dimocrats?
Romans 1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
21 for although they knew God they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking and their senseless minds were darkened.
22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man or birds or animals or reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,
25 because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed for ever! Amen.
26 For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. Their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural,
27 and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in their own persons the due penalty for their error.
28 And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a base mind and to improper conduct.
29 They were filled with all manner of wickedness, evil, covetousness, malice. Full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity, they are gossips,
30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,
31 foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless.
32 Though they know God's decree that those who do such things deserve to die, they not only do them but approve those who practice them.

Note that in verse 18 it says that the following IS the wrath of God on the nation, not that it is the CAUSE of God’s wrath.
The ACLU is part of our nation’s judgement.

What the ACLU should look into is the abnormally high numbers of black babies being aborted through planned parenthood compared to white babies being aborted. Their patron demon of death was Sanger and her eugenics beliefs pertaining to minorities.
