The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey continues his efforts to prevent an Israeli strike in Iran. Reiterating his stance that the IDF cannot stop Iran's nuclear program, Dempsey added, "I don't want to be complicit if they (Israel) choose to do it."
Dempsey said he did not know Iran's nuclear intentions, but noted that what was clear was that the "international coalition" applying pressure on Iran "could be undone if (Iran) was attacked prematurely".

Dempsey lives here so he’s not worried about his life being ended by Iran.
Israel has a motto: “Never Again.” And, if Israel’s life is on the line, they will use the Samson Option, their nuclear weapons. They have said they won’t go down without a fight - Never Again.
Israel has to stop Iran before Iran can wipe them out and Israel will do it.

Complicit has a very specific meaning, it doesn’t just mean “involved with”, it means being choosing to be involved with illegal activity.
So “all options are on the table” except that Obama’s Joint chiefs chairman apparently thinks that one of the options would be a crime.

He’s right about one thing, despite its considerable abilities, the IDF does not have the power to destroy Iran’s progran short of using nukes. The number of conventional strikes necessary and the distances involved is beyond the power of the IAF. This is not an open reactor that a strike package can level. The Iranians learn from history. The USAF and USN have the numbers and the base location to strike hard and continually. IDF does not.
I recently heard the suggestion made that Israel may just do an EMP over Iran and take care of the problem that way.

Pretty clear the Israelis are going to have to generate one helluva distraction to keep Dempsey, Obama and the boys occupied elsewhere when they decide to strike.
Yes. they can. And if Iran forces the issue or if the USA does they wlll either fold up like J Street Jews or they will stop Iran's Nuclear program and everything else in Iran and a certain tabu in force since 1945 will be broken.

I have no idea about him being a drunk or gay.
I saw some footage of him being interviewed while he was being flown somewhere and thought he acted like a pompous little ass, as he sat in his luxury swivel seat.
Being the Chief of the JCOS is a high honor, but he doesn’t appear to take the position as anything but a perk.
