All you need to know is that he serves at a "temple." Only "Reform" call their synagogues "temples." It is an explicitly supersessionist term meaning that the Holy Temple in Jerusalem has been replaced and will never be built again.
Anyone born of a Jewish mother or converted Halakhically is a Jew, but only "Orthodox Judaism" is Judaism.
