It's a simple fact. Almost all Catholic bishops, theologians, apologeticists, etc., are deniers of the historicity of Genesis 1-11 and believers in higher criticism, and all the name-calling in the world will not change that.

I've told you before that to me the first chapters of Genesis are factual, not allegory. Yet you persist in blanket statements against me and all Catholics -- why?
I do not use blanket statements against non-Catholics because that is silly.

I've compared it before to the thrash that is the Protocols and I've done it again here.
The Protocols perpetuated a myth that is still followed by many such that the very word Jew elicits hatred, knee-jerk hatred and a way of blanketing every Jew with Marx and with money-grabbers (though the person saying this won't understand the fallacy of blaming a Jew on the street for the sins of a communism or rabid capitalist)
one dislikes, even hate our dogma, our doctrines, fine. Stick to that and say you don't like this or that about the doctrine
you can say "almost all bishops are..." but that doesn't mean all and it definitely does not mean all are liberal.
In the same way -- attack the dogma if you like, but stop the blanket statemetns
To make a statement that that almost 100% of Catholics -- how does one know that? Is it some poll of every one of the 1 billion Catholics in the world? Even the illiterate poor beggar in India? come on.

I've said it before -- if one wants to teach or tell people about what one believes is correct, hitting them over the head while saying "you are all evil" does not work as well as simply telling people why one believes in one thing.
Furthermore, I have not called you names. I point out your posts being filled with knee-jerk irrational errors. I respect your intelligence and beliefs and even more your ability to TELL people why a belief is true or not. Which makes posts talking about that almost 100% of Catholics or even going on to say all bishops all over the world are liberal -- why lower the respect we have for you with these blanket statements?
